The redevelopment project for QC Spa Salsomaggiore
The QC Terme group, a leader in the wellness sector and already present in cities such as Milan, Rome, Turin, Bormio and New York, has started an ambitious restoration and re-functionalization of the historic Art Deco building.
The total investment involves the construction of a wellness center of about 9,000 square meters.

When does QC Terme Salsomaggiore open?
The works, which began between mid-2023 and the beginning of 2024, are continuing according to schedule. The opening should be scheduled after complementation of the work, scheduled for 19 December 2025.
According to official statements, the new center will offer an immersive and multisensory experience: thermal pools, themed rooms, panoramic pools, water paths and environments dedicated to relaxation, with the quality and aesthetics that distinguish the spas of the QC group.
